Hourly Rate: $40–$50/hr | Guaranteed Hours: 40/week | Meals & PTO included
Role Overview:
Provide high-quality overnight care for a newborn and support daytime routines as needed. Collaborate closely with parents on feeding, sleep, and development. Must be willing to travel occasionally with the family.
Responsibilities:
- Overnight newborn care: feeding, soothing, diaper changes
- Assist with breastfeeding support and pumping
- Maintain nursery organization and hygiene
- Daytime duties: developmental play, naps, laundry, errands
- Travel support for family trips
Qualifications:
- Extensive newborn experience
- Knowledge of milestones and safe sleep
- Flexible with overnight and daytime work
- Patient, nurturing, professional, discreet
- Travel-capable, domestically and internationally
