Location: Austin, TX (Relocation Required)
Compensation: $40 per hour healthcare stipend PTO
Job Summary:
Seeking an exceptional Governess/Nanny to support three energetic young boys (ages 1, 3, and 5) in a dynamic, active household. The ideal candidate has an athletic or military background, excels in structured environments, and can confidently manage multiple children while supporting routines, early learning, and active play.
Duties:
- Maintain structured daily routines for all three children
- Provide early learning support through age-appropriate educational activities
- Engage in active indoor and outdoor play
- Ensure safety, supervision, and positive behavioral guidance
- Collaborate closely with parents on routines and expectations
- Handle light child-related tasks such as tidying play areas and preparing activities
- Live-in support during on-weeks if applicable
Skills:
- Athletic, military, or similarly disciplined background
- High energy, patience, and confidence in managing multiple young children
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain routines and create structured environments
- Professional, reliable, and able to work in partnership with parents
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Schedule:
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
- Live-in during on-weeks preferred but optional
