Memory Care Caregiver

Our Client -

A loving husband and daughter are working with a nurse manager to find 2 great people with experience in caregiving and dementia. Our client is a 80-something year old woman with dementia that loves to do her nails and makeup. She is easy to be around. She loses her items and thinks someone has hidden it. She loves her husband very much and enjoyed doing art. Sometime she talks about her hard past and things that have happened to her.

We are looking for outgoing caregiver who can talk and help her enjoy her morning, help with bathing and keep her active and walking. She get's anxious and needs a nice, calm caregiver that can help her throughout the day.

Duties for this position would include: light housekeeping, help with showering, laundry, helping the client with their exercises, and meal prep.

Must have experience in dementia care, this client need an experienced caregiver who is resourceful, reliable, okay with someone saying the same story 50 times and loves to help others.

Schedule:

745am-12pm

We are looking for 2 caregivers who can cover 7 days a week.

$19 - $25/ Hour (Must be able to do at least 3 to 4 days a week to be considered)
