Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness and appearance
- Sanitize surfaces and fixtures to ensure health and safety standards are met
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with special cleaning projects, such as carpet cleaning or deep sanitation as needed
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care, sanitation practices, and general housekeeping procedures
- Experience with carpet cleaning, laundry services, or hotel housekeeping management is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at client locations
