We are seeking a creative and innovative individual to join our team as a Manager and help support our booming restaurant. The right candidate will be, at heart, an entrepreneur and be willing to wear many hats as he or she is responsible for a wide range of tasks including placing product orders, inventory control, accounting, and human resources. The Manager is also responsible for managing our entire team of employees, including hiring new talent, reviewing performance, and conducting performance evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize staffing according to seasonal trends.
- Review inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or reduction.
- Manage budget and resources, and make financial decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
- Direct and coordinate daily operations, including personnel, purchasing, quality control, marketing, sales and special events.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
