Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding refunds and exchanges via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
- Accurately process refund and exchange requests in accordance with company policies and timelines
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify order details and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor open cases and follow up to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction
- Identify recurring issues and escalate trends to management for process improvement
- Uphold a courteous and solution-oriented approach in all customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full-time on-site availability required
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer requests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
