About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Canvassing Manager to start, lead, and develop our door-to-door canvassing team. This person will drive lead generation in targeted neighborhoods, recruit and coach a team of canvassers, and personally contribute in the field. What You’ll Do
Lead & Manage the Team
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new canvassers
- Run daily check-ins, field operations, and neighborhood assignments
- Coach reps in real time and elevate team morale
- Maintain a culture built on effort, integrity, and results
Track Performance & Drive Results
- Monitor daily KPIs (leads per rep, appointments set, quality of leads)
- Hold reps accountable through daily/weekly reviews
- Ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently met
Train & Develop Reps
- Deliver structured training for new hires
- Improve communication, objection handling, and engagement techniques
- Review scripts and strategies to improve conversion rates
Generate Leads Personally
- Knock doors and generate leads as a working leader
- Align canvassing routes with sales priorities and project locations
- Ensure all leads are entered correctly into CRM systems
Strategy & Reporting
- Partner with leadership on canvassing strategy and neighborhood targeting
- Report weekly results, trends, and top performers
- Identify new territory opportunities and competitor activity
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of door-to-door sales experience (required)
- 1 year of leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience (preferred)
- High-energy, fast-paced, and driven by competition
- Skilled communicator with strong coaching ability
- Confident, persuasive, and able to inspire a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
