Pay Range: $40,000 – $70,000 annually (Base Salary Monthly Bonuses)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (rotating shifts: 8am–5pm or 11:30am–8pm) rotating Saturdays
Janesville Nissan is growing our Business Development Center (BDC) and seeking energetic Internet Sales Representatives to join our call center team!
This is NOT a cold-calling telemarketing job — you’ll be working with customers who have already shown interest in our vehicles. Your role is all about appointment setting, follow-up, and providing an outstanding guest experience — no high-pressure sales tactics.

What You’ll Do:- Respond promptly to internet inquiries
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
- Track leads and communication in the CRM system
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
- Positive, outgoing, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple leads
- Integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic
- Trainable with a desire to grow into future sales/management roles
- Top pay potential: $40k–$70k annually
