Home Repair Service is a high-volume remodeling firm in Pelham, and we are drowning in warm, inbound leads. We need a heavy-hitting Project Consultant to run these appointments, design the solutions, and manage the projects to completion.
We provide the leads, the office support, the insurance, and the marketing. You provide the expertise and close the deal.
The Core Four

- Kitchen Remodeling
- Bathroom Remodeling
- Siding Replacement & Repair
- Deck Building & Repair
What You’ll Do
- Consult & Close: Run scheduled appointments within a 30-mile radius of Pelham to assess project needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Fast-Track Quotes: Deliver accurate estimates within 24–48 hours (barring high-end or multi-phase projects that require additional technical scoping).
- Project Ownership: You are the face of the company. You manage the project from the first handshake to the final walkthrough.
- Review Generation: We live and die by our reputation. Your goal is to deliver a "wow" experience that results in a 5-star review every single time.

Requirements
- Proven Remodeling Sales Track Record: You must show us you've closed high-ticket residential jobs before.
- Your Own Truck: Must have a reliable truck for job site visits (Gas card provided).
- Drug-Free: We maintain a zero-tolerance, drug-free workplace. Pre-employment drug testing is mandatory.
- Local: Must live within or be very familiar with the 30-mile radius around Pelham.
