Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves working closely with our in-house designers to sell high-quality home remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home design and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the home improvement or remodeling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Meet potential clients to understand their remodeling needs and preferences for basements, bathrooms, and kitchens.
- Sales Presentations: Collaborate with our designers to present creative and practical remodeling solutions that meet client expectations.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to address questions, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and accurate project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Close Sales: Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:
