RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet with homeowners at their residences to assess needs and present tailored decking solutions.
• Conduct accurate on-site measurements and assessments to develop proposals.
• Prepare and present detailed pricing and proposals to customers with a focus on value and design.
• Negotiate terms and close sales in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in sales, ideally in the decking or home improvement industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and territory.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with decking materials, designs, and construction is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to client appointments.
