- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Appointment generator to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound cold calls to homeowners using company-provided leads to schedule free in-home remodeling estimates.
This is an in-office position only. Remote work or work-from-home is not available. We provide all leads and calling data—no prospecting required.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls using company-provided leads.
- Introduce our remodeling services to homeowners.
- Qualify potential customers.
- Schedule free estimates for our Project Managers.
- Accurately enter customer information and notes into the system.
- Meet daily call and appointment goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Positive attitude and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Telemarketing or call center experience is preferred but not required.
