We’re hiring Weatherization Insulation Installers to join our team immediately. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work, we’ll handle the rest – including paid training, steady work, and all travel expenses covered.
What You’ll Do
- Install attic insulation and other energy-saving upgrades
- Use tools and equipment to improve home efficiency
- Follow clear procedures to get the job done right
- Travel across Virginia and other states as needed (overnight stays required based on program needs)
- Drive a company box truck to and from job sites
What You Need
- Valid driver's license required
- Pass a background check and drug screening required
- Be able to work in attics, on ladders, and in tight spaces
- Willing to travel and stay overnight when scheduled
