We are looking for a mid-level UX/UI Designer who is a thoughtful problem-solver, strong communicator, and collaborative partner. This role is ideal for a designer who wants to grow into a core contributor. Someone who can independently own well-scoped work today and evolve into a trusted design partner over time.
You will work closely with senior designers and the UX Director to design high-quality, user-centered experiences that balance usability, business goals, and brand excellence. We value designers who can clearly articulate their thinking, welcome feedback, and take ownership without ego.
Job Summary:
The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing and executing user-centered experiences across web and digital platforms. This role partners closely with senior designers, product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality solutions that support both user needs and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own UX and UI design for well-defined initiatives from concept through execution.
- Translate requirements and constraints into thoughtful user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished, development-ready UI.
- Clearly articulate design decisions, rationale, and tradeoffs to designers, product partners, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers on complex or ambiguous problems.
- Actively participate in critiques as both a contributor and a learner.
- Apply and help evolve established design systems while maintaining strong craft, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Proactively communicate progress, risks, and open questions throughout the design process.
- Balance speed, quality, and impact while managing multiple priorities.
- Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
How You’ll Work:

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience designing UX/UI for web or digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving and shipped work.
- Proficiency in Figma, including creating scalable components, using auto layout, building interactive prototypes, and working within shared libraries.
- Solid UX fundamentals including user flows, hierarchy, accessibility, interaction patterns, and strong UI craft.
- Ability to work independently without requiring constant direction or oversight.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design rationale, ask thoughtful questions, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Comfort receiving feedback and iterating quickly without defensiveness.
- Professional maturity, reliability, and respect for collaboration within a senior-led team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working within or contributing to a design system.
- Prior collaboration with engineers and product partners.
- Exposure to research, usability testing, or data-informed design decisions.
- Experience designing premium, brand-driven, or consumer-facing products.
- Comfort presenting work to stakeholders outside of design.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS concepts and SEO principles.
