This role will serve as the primary owner of HR technology and will lead a large-scale HCM implementation, driving cross‑functional projects that improve HR, payroll, benefits, and employee experienc

What you'l
l doKey Responsibilities – HR Technology Strategy & Systems Owner
- shipServe as the primary owner and subject matter expert for HR systems including HCM, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and employee lifecycle platfo
- rms.Evaluate system capabilities and recommend enhancements, integrations, or new technology soluti
- ons.Ensure HRIS architecture supports scalability, automation, compliance, and data integr
ity.
HCM Implementation & Project Leade
- rshipLead end‑to‑end implementation of HCM systems including configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and go‑
- live.Serve as project manager for HR technology initiatives including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communica
- tion.Coordinate project using project management tools and communica
- tion.Coordinate cross‑functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors during implementat
- ions.Drive process mapping and redesign aligned with system capabili
- ties.Oversee workflow configuration including onboarding, lifecycle events, payroll processing, and benefits administra
- tion.Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and resolution during implementa
tion.
Data Management & Repo

Quali
fication
- sRequiredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or relat
- ed field.5 years of HRIS experience including system configuration and admini
- stration.2 years leading HCM implementations or major HR technology
- projects.Demonstrated HRIS project management experience including implementation planning and e
- xecution.Strong knowledge of HR processes including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and employee lifecycle ma
- nagement.Experience managing system integrations, data migration, and testing p
- rocesses.Advanced proficiency in HRIS reporting and data a
nalytics.
Highly
- PreferredDirect Rippling implementation and administration e
- xperience.Experience implementing modern cloud-based HCM
- platforms.Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or
- similar).Experience with project management tools (
