Are you detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment? Modern Woodmen is seeking an Imaging and Workflow Clerk to prepare, scan, quality-check, and validate documents within our imaging and workflow systems.

Responsibilities:
- Sort and track incoming mail.
- Analyze a wide variety of mail and prepare the documents for scanning and indexing.
- Perform quality checks on imaged items to verify legibility and appropriate document separation.
- Perform validation tasks such as assigning certificate numbers, verifying form numbers, and accounting for incoming funds.
- Assist in processing departmental reports.
- Assist Home Office staff in locating original, microfilmed or imaged documents.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of scanning equipment.
- Process scanning projects.
What we need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with imaging and workflow systems preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently while contributing as a proactive, collaborative team member.
What we offer:
- Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $19.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
- Work Arrangements: This is a full-time on-site position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7:00AM-9:00AM. On-site positions work at our Home Office in Rock Island, IL.
