Modern Woodmen of America is one of the nation’s largest fraternal benefit societies, with over $19 billion assets. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan and supervise the work of Business Analysts supporting strategic programs and technology projects.

  • Serve as a liaison between the Enterprise Program Management Office and business departments, coordinating business analysis efforts across the organization.
  • Ensure project documentation meets established project lifecycle and software development lifecycle requirements.
  • Stay current on evolving business analysis and project management methodologies, along with technology solution best practices being implemented at Modern Woodmen.
  • Keep EPMO leadership informed of business analysis schedules, employee performance concerns and issues affecting the Business Analyst function.

What we need:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate employees toward strategic goals and objectives.
  • Ability to recruit, select, train and develop employees and effectively manage performance.
