Compensation: $75,000-110,000 Base Performance-Based (Annual Full Time Compensation)

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to help streamline systems, improve performance, and drive growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of lead generation systems
- Manage CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to ensure efficient lead flow and follow-up
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Assist in expanding campaigns into new markets
- Ensure no leads or opportunities fall through the cracks
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role
- Experience in real estate, lead generation, or marketing agencies (required)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership and execute without constant supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with real estate investors or listing agents is A
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation funnels
