Job Description:

As a LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents by:

• Provide oversight and guidance to care staff delivering care to elderly residents with physical and/or cognitive disabilities.
• Administer medications in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations
• Monitor and document the overall health, support individual resident care plans and well-being of residents; collaborate with Directors and Administrators to ensure compliance with NYSDOH regulations and guideline.

Per-diem flexible schedule

Hours:

All shifts

Pay:

LPN’s:$31 – $34/hour (depending on experience & role)

Requirements:

• LPN license
• Compassionate and professional demeanor
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide high-quality care

Shift Differentials:

• $5.00/hour for Evening Shifts
• $2.50/hour for Overnight Shifts
