What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you’ll provide in-home, physician-directed care, including:

• Assistance with bathing, hygiene, and ADLs
• Medication support and monitoring
• Light housekeeping as needed
• Patient and caregiver education to support recovery
• Monitoring patient condition and communicating updates with the care team

In this one-on-one setting, you’ll have the time and connection needed to deliver personalized, compassionate care that truly makes a difference.

What We’re Looking For

• Active LPN license (Nebraska or compact state)
• Home health, community, or med/surg experience preferred but not required
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to pass competency and skills evaluation upon hire
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
