Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
Support mobility and transfers — helping clients move safely around their home
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary needs
Provide companionship — conversation, activities, errands, and social engagement are a core part of this role, not an afterthought
Perform light housekeeping related to client care: laundry, dishes, tidying common areas
Assist with medication reminders (non-medical — we remind, we do not administer)
Provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and community activities (for drivers with their own vehicle)
Complete accurate care notes at the end of each shift using our mobile scheduling platform
Communicate any changes in client condition, safety concerns, or family feedback to the care coordination team
Prior caregiving experience is preferred — but if you've cared for a family member, worked in a care-adjacent role, or simply have a genuine passion for this kind of work, we encourage you to apply. We provide paid orientation training, skills development, and ongoing support so you can show up to every shift confident and prepared.
