Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caregiver located in Benicia, Sonoma, Napa and Vallejo, CA. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing daily assistance to clients with activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Additional tasks include providing companionship, assisting with mobility and transfers, and documenting daily care notes. The Caregiver will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for clients through compassionate and attentive care.
Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Care and Home Assistance
- Knowledge of Meal Preparation and Light Housekeeping
- Skills in Medication Management and Mobility Assistance
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and document daily care notes
- CPR and First Aid certification
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certifications in caregiving preferred
- Experience working with elderly or individuals with disabilities is a plus
