On Call Caregiver (First Responder)

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated On Call In Home Caregivers for Seniors to provide essential support to seniors in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to immediately report to the client place within 1 hour enhancing the quality of care and life for our clients while ensuring their safety and comfort. This role requires a blend of caregiving skills, empathy, and the ability to manage various tasks related to daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties.
• Support clients with mobility needs.
  
  
  

Experience

• Previous experience in home health care in caregiving.
• Experience in cooking and meal preparation tailored to individual dietary needs is beneficial.
• A compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills is essential for building trust with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Are you a first responder with a flexible schedule? Looking for a professional caregiver to be on-call either Monday-Thursday OR Friday-Sunday. In the event you are needed to cover a shift, you get paid your hourly rate PLUS $50 per day bonus.

Experience:

Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person (East Valley - Arizona)
