We want dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide essential support and care to clients in their homes. This position is for a person with a caring disposition who wants to use their professional skills to make a profound impact on the lives of others. Responsibilities
Safety is of the utmost importance for our clients.
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing (ADLs).
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
Assist with meal preparation.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with our team of professionals regarding client needs and progress.
Requirements
21 years of age or older
Must have a minimum of 2 YEARS of direct caregiving with adults and/or seniors, either as in-home care or in a facility.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Valid driver's license, personal reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.
Certification in First Aid is mandatory per DHEC; paid training will be provided if needed.
