Caregiver - Oconee, Pickens, Greenville, Anderson Counties
Day, Night, Weekend Shifts | Hourly Range: $16.50 to $17.50 per/hr

We’re seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who are committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care to older adults in their homes across Clemson, Anderson, Seneca, Pendleton, Easley, and the surrounding Upstate South Carolina area. What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team
- Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility-based)
- Must reside in South Carolina
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- First Aid certification required per DHEC (paid training provided if needed)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving duties.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $16.50 to 17.50 per hour
- Opportunity for pay increases based on experience, availability, and performance
- Weekly pay
- Mileage reimbursement for client travel.

- Overtime and Holiday pay incentive
- Performance-based raises
- $50 sign-on stipend after first two weeks (35 hours worked, no no-call/no-shows)
