Overview of Role:
This role is all about impact. 💥 You'll own customer, brand, and product-level P&Ls, lead pricing strategy, and translate volume/price/mix trends into clear business recommendations. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation, connecting front-line execution to our financial goals, market dynamics, and long-range plans.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own full P&Ls and deliver insights across revenue, trade, mix, and margin performance 💡
- Drive pricing strategy for current products and new launches based on cost trends and customer dynamics💲
- Build financial storytelling through variance and profitability analysis 📊
- Partner with Sales & Marketing on pricing models, promotions, and strategic deal structures 🤝
- Support innovation planning, campaign evaluation, and volume/mix modeling 🚀
- Align forecasts with Corporate FP&A and contribute to long-range planning 📆
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Category Management, and Sales Ops for forecast consistency 🔄
- Create tools, insights, and dashboards that elevate financial fluency across teams 🧰
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 🎓
- 5–10 years in Commercial Finance or FP&A (CPG/manufacturing a plus) 🧠
- Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights 📥➡️📤
- Experience in pricing, customer margin analysis, and promotional evaluation 💵
- Strong business partnership skills with confidence engaging senior leaders 💬
- Advanced Excel / modeling skills; BI or financial systems experience is a plus 💻
