What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP of Design position at Home Love Construction?
Job Summary
In the VP of Design role, your primary responsibility will be to provide oversight for the design division. This entails supervising and managing the production of various design areas, such as architectural design, landscape design and engineering. You will be required to maintain regular contact with the Architectural Design Officer, Landscape Design Officer, and Engineer on a weekly basis to receive project reports and address any client-related matters that may arise.
Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our in-office design team, comprised of our cabinet designer, selections coordinators and our draftsman.
Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in managing teams
- Can read construction plans
- Can push through problems or difficulties in order to drive overall team production
Pay: $62,400.00 - $90,000.00 per year
