IT/Proof Support Specialist
Description
The IT/Proof Support Specialist will collect and process bank ticket work, verify integrity of bank information with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, complete end of day proof and bank closing tasks, review log files for discrepancies, troubleshoot various computer and network related issues, provide support on various banking and office software suites, and other tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
Proof and Closing
Collect, transport, and process daily ticket work, Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) files, Merchant RDC files, and branch location files
Follow established proof end of day and bank closing procedures
Report, troubleshoot, and escalate, if necessary, any anomalies in closing processes
Review, Compare, and report any anomalies in various logs and reports generated by banking systems
Perform nightly backups, including Air-Gap backups
IT Support
Work with end users to identify and deliver required PC service levels
Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or emails regarding PC and/or hardware
problems
Install, configure, test, maintain, and monitor end user workstation hardware, software, and
peripheral devices
Assist senior IT staff in shortterm and ongoing IT projects as assigned

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
