What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at Home Like Managemnet?
We are looking for an individual to work at our apartment complex in West Springfield, Ma. Our hours are from 8:00 to 4:30 Monday to Friday. Full time 40 hours per week.
The job entails cleaning the inside of vacant apartments, which includes, stripping, sealing and waxing of floors, cleaning windows, bathrooms and kitchens before prospective tenants move in. Responsible for the overall upkeep of the exterior image which includes, cleaning of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, hallways and any other common area. Light snow removal required.
