Home Life Health Care is seeking a COMPASSIONATE and RELIABLE caregiver to provide essential care and support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities and ensure the well-being of our care recipients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform household duties such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to the healthcare team
- Support care recipients with mobility assistance and exercises as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each client
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience of providing in home care or at a nursing home is required.
- Proficiency in providing patient care with a focus on compassion and empathy
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to caregiving
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and respect
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
