Returns & Operational Support Manager
Position Summary:
The Returns & Operational Support Manager oversees returned product operations, recovery processes, and reverse logistics to maximize recovered value and operational efficiency. This role manages intake, inspection, disposition, repack operations, and liquidation channels while helping reduce losses and improve inventory flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage returned product intake, inspection, tracking, and disposition
- Maximize recovery through resale, rework, and liquidation strategies
- Oversee repack operations, materials, and vendor relationships
- Develop and manage secondary market and liquidation channels
- Track recovery performance, costs, and operational KPIs
- Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and reduce write-offs
Qualifications:
- 5 years in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or reverse logistics
- Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with big-box retail returns or liquidation channels preferred
