Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance tasks for mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing systems, and other facility infrastructure.
- Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of mechanical and electrical components using schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Manage maintenance repair procedures utilizing AppFolio software to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
- Plan and execute projects related to repairs while managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and vendor payables.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Property Management
- Strong house maintenance knowledge
- Proficiency in using computers, cell phones and online software to manage tasks
- Ability to problem solve and work as a team to improve systems and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.
