Overview
Home Is The Foundation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to help us champion safe, stable and affordable housing in our community. This full-time role is ideal for someone who brings strong technical skills and a heart for working with residents. You'll oversee maintenance and preservation for approximately 60 units of housing, lead maintenance staff and contractors, and work closely with our Property Manager to ensure homes are safe, functional, and compliant.
What We’re Looking For: -High school diploma or GED-5 years of maintenance experience-Prior supervisory experience-Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle-Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations-Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks-Willingness to obtain and maintain HQS (or similar) certification Schedule-Full-time, Monday–Friday-On-call availability for emergencies-Non-exempt position
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
