Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support trade settlement processes to ensure timely and accurate execution of securities transactions
- Assist in monitoring and implementing fraud prevention and detection measures across investment activities
- Maintain comprehensive records of transactions, cash flows, and compliance documentation in accordance with industry standards
- Support regulatory reporting efforts by preparing detailed reports aligned with securities law, GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and other financial regulations
- Utilize Excel data analysis tools, including pivot tables, to analyze large datasets for insights into investment performance and risk management
- Collaborate with internal teams on cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and operational efficiency
