What You’ll Own
- Full accountability for schedule coverage, continuity of care, and client satisfaction
- Driving hours growth through smarter scheduling and stronger client/CAREGiver matches
- Leading day-to-day scheduling operations with urgency, precision, and accountability
- Proactively solving call-offs, conflicts, and service gaps—before they impact the client
- Building strong relationships with CAREGivers to improve retention and reliability
- Identifying trends in scheduling data and continuously improving efficiency
- Partnering with Client Care, HR, and Sales to support growth and service delivery
- Elevating standards—this role sets the tone for operational excellence
- High client satisfaction and retention
- Strong CAREGiver retention and engagement
- Minimal missed shifts and fast resolution times
- Increased average hours per client

- Full-time, Sunday-Thursday
