What You’ll Own (and Crush)
Recruiting & Hiring
- Own the full-cycle hiring process—from first click to first day
- Manage and engage all candidates through our ATS—no leads left behind
- Conduct interviews that attract AND assess top-tier caregivers
- Partner with scheduling to ensure the right caregiver is matched to the right client
- Lead engaging new hire orientation and onboarding experiences
- Deliver Alzheimer’s & Dementia training and ongoing development programs
- Continuously improve training systems to meet Home Instead standards
- Build a culture where caregivers feel seen, supported, and celebrated
- Execute strategies that drive retention and hit NET caregiver goals
- Conduct reviews, coach performance, and solve problems proactively
- Plan caregiver meetings, recognition efforts, and monthly communications
- Ensure HR compliance with all labor and safety standards
- Serve as a trusted partner to caregivers, leadership, and families
- Lead with integrity, professionalism, and compassion in every interaction
- Share in the On-Call rotation with fellow Staff members
- 3 years of HR, recruiting, or talent experience
- Natural relationship builder—you connect quickly and authentically
- Strong communicator (written, verbal, and in front of groups)
- Results-driven—you love goals, metrics, and exceeding expectations
- Self-starter who thrives without being micromanaged
- Resilient, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced environment
