What You’ll Do
- Oversee and improve business office operations across several franchise locations.
- Process payroll accurately and on time across multiple offices.
- Maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Now and ensure compliance.
- Assist with benefits coordination, onboarding documents, and credential tracking.
- Support accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and QuickBooks updates.
- Prepare reports and support leadership with operational and administrative tasks.
- Help standardize processes and maintain system accuracy across locations.
- 1-3 years of payroll, HR, or accounting experience.
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, QuickBooks, and Excel preferred.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
