No caregiving experience? No problem. We provide paid training and help you become a Washington State licensed Home Care Aide (HCA) if needed.
Want additional hours? Many of our overnight and weekend Care Pros also choose to pick up daytime shifts throughout the week.

As a Home Instead Care Pro (Care Professional), you'll provide one-on-one care and companionship by helping seniors and Veterans with:

What You'll Do
As a Home Instead Care Pro (Care Professional), you'll provide one-on-one care and companionship by helping seniors and Veterans with:
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Meal preparation and medication reminders
- Overnight supervision and safety
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping and household routines
- Transportation, errands, and appointments
- Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
- Every shift gives you the opportunity to bring comfort, peace of mind, and a smile to someone's day.
- Starting pay $18.00 per hour
- Higher starting pay for licensed HCAs and CNAs
- Flexible overnight, weekend, and part-time schedules
- Additional daytime shifts available if desired
- Paid training
- HCA training, testing assistance, and continuing education
