- Personal Care (grooming, dressing, hygiene, bathing, toileting)
- Redirection, Stand-By Assist, Safety & Supervision
- Light Housekeeping & Laundry
- Activities, Conversation & Companionship
- Transportation for errands or appointments (valid license & vehicle required)
- Meal Preparation & Medication Reminders
- Are you willing to travel up to 25 miles for shifts?
- Do you have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance?
- Are you able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull for up to 8 hours? (Assistance needs vary based on client mobility.)
- Are you able to lift up to 25 lbs?
- Are you able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Driver History Check?
- Can you demonstrate poise, compassion, and respect for seniors and their homes?
- Are you comfortable working with clients receiving Hospice or end-of-life care?
- Are you a patient, friendly listener who enjoys meaningful connection?
