Caregiver (Care Pro) Performance Management

We are growing quickly and looking for a Human Resources & Office Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, and brings structure and accountability to the day-to-day.
This role is the heartbeat of our office — supporting our caregivers, driving performance, and keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Caregiver (Care Pro) Performance Management
- Lead caregiver coaching, performance conversations, and documentation
- Manage call-offs, attendance tracking, and accountability follow-up
- Partner with scheduling and client care teams to resolve performance issues quickly
- Support onboarding experience and ensure caregivers are set up for success from day one
- Identify trends in caregiver performance and proactively address gaps
- Reinforce Home Instead’s core values and service standards daily
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Colorado labor laws
- Support leave administration (FAMLI, sick time, etc.)
- Assist with investigations, write-ups, and corrective action plans
- Help drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Partner with leadership on staffing needs and workforce planning
- Own front office operations — phones, visitors, and overall office experience
- Keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and reporting
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and team events
- Assist with basic payroll support and timecard accuracy
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — you don’t let things fall through the cracks
- Confident communicator — able to have both supportive and tough conversations
- Naturally proactive — you solve problems before they become issues
- People-first but performance-driven — you care deeply and hold a high bar
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment where priorities shift
- Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly (WellSky, ApplicantStack, etc.)
- Caregiver attendance and reliability improves
