- Prior HR experience: HR regulations (FMLA, Payroll) and Recruiting
- Great using technology such as cloud based systems (Google Drive, OneDrive).
- Research skills using AI tools to help you create employee programs, marketing materials
- Sincere interest in caring for seniors and their health
- Strong work ethic; you excel working in a small team environment at a fast pace!
- Create professional written documents such as annual performance reviews
- Deliver new employee orientation sessions

- Deliver performance reviews
- Interview candidates
- Apply your knowledge of HR legal regulations where applicable
- Counsel and coach our wonderful team of caregivers
