This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and social workers, while also conducting in-home consultations and assessments for new clients.

The Home Care Consultant / Sales & Marketing Professional will play a vital role in increasing brand awareness, building referral relationships, and growing our client base. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and social workers, while also conducting in-home consultations and assessments for new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify and develop new referral sources within the healthcare and senior care communities.
- Maintain and strengthen existing referral relationships through regular follow-ups, presentations, and community involvement.
- Utilize consultative sales process with potential clients.
- Represent the company at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and coordinate care services accordingly.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct quality assurance visits with existing clients and family members.
- Track marketing activities, referral sources, and conversion rates using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly goals for new client acquisition and referral generation.
- Report weekly and monthly sales results.
- 1 years related business or sales experience (consultative sales) in marketing, healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
- Proven success in sales, marketing, or community outreach, preferably in home care, healthcare, or senior services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare and senior care market.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally.

- Outside Sales Experience in Health Care Industry a plus
- Experience with SalesForce is a plus
- Pass level II background screening
