Front Desk Receptionist
We are searching for a Front Desk Receptionist for our Owensboro office. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities Include
- Professionally greet visitors, clients, and employees, creating a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and ensure efficient communication flow.
- Provide information to visitors and callers, and address basic inquiries.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized, and manage office supplies.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Support other departments with administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned.
- Assist with On-Call
- Perform Caregiver duties if need arises
- Excellent verbal and written communication is essential.
- Strong customer service skills are needed to interact positively with visitors.
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is often required.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- The ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and find solutions is necessary.
- High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
- Caregiving experience is a plus
- Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
