Community Liaison

Home Instead of Boxford, MA is growing and looking for the right team player to add to the team. We are looking for a positive and driven professional who is open to feedback, will help where it's needed and ready to grow with us!

This role's primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Driving referrals for service, meeting with families to discuss our services, meeting with existing clients to ensure quality care
• Attending networking events, hosting presentations and events
• Driving employment leads to help ensure we are able to hire to meet our client demand
  
  

This role will also support with a variety of tasks in our office, including but not limited to-

• Assist with retention of caregivers along with scheduling of clients and caregivers.
• Assist with scheduling of caregivers and clients
• Other misc. admin tasks as needed.
