Caregiver Requirements?

• Driver's License
• Reliable Personal Transportation with Valid Auto Insurance
• Proof of Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to Lift 25lbs.
• Ability to Successfully Pass a Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record Check and a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
• Ability to Read, Write and Speak English

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide Companionship, Engagement, and Conversation
• Light Housekeeping Tasks and Meal Preparation
• Transportation
• Medication and Appointment Reminders
• Dementia and Hospice Care Support
• Personal Care Including All ADL’S (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Transferring and Incontinence Care)
