Part-Time Caregiver - Flexible Day & Evening Shifts

Location: Greater Lansing Area

Do you enjoy building meaningful relationships and making a real difference in someone’s day? We’re looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team and support older adults in their homes.

Available Shifts (4-hour blocks)

We are specifically hiring for consistent availability in one or more of the following timeframes:

• 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  
  

Caregivers typically work around 20 hours per week, with schedules built around your availability. Every other weekend rotation is required.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Help with errands and transportation
• Support daily routines to help clients remain safe and comfortable at home
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or equivalent)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance with your name on the policy
• A caring, patient attitude and strong communication skills
• Dependability and professionalism
