Home Instead is hiring CNA or HCA-certified Caregivers to join our team and help us fulfill our mission: expanding the world’s capacity to care.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Home Instead Caregiver, you may support clients with tasks including:
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Safe transfers and mobility assistance, including use of gait belts or other assistive devices such as Hoyer
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Alzheimer’s/Dementia care
- Hospice support
- Promoting safety, dignity, and well-being at all times
- Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients and their families
- Active HCA or CNA certification (Required)
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance (preferred)
- A kind, dependable, and patient attitude
- Hoyer Lift Expierenice (Required)
- $21.30-24 per hour depending on experience
- Full-time and part-time schedules available
- Paid training and 24/7 office support
