Essential job requirements:
1. Weekday availability Monday-Friday 7 am-10 pm and every other weekend 24 hour availability.
2. Work a fulltime schedule of a minimum 35 hours a week, up to and including overtime.
3. Travel to clients within a 60 mile radius from the office to which you are assigned.
4. Ability to work 3 holidays per year
5. Perform Caregiver to client introductions as scheduled.
6. Attend quarterly Caregiver meetings.
7. Ability to communicate on a weekly basis with immediate supervisor
8. Reliable transportation, possess a valid license and valid auto insurance

The Caregiver will complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen.
