- Build meaningful, professional relationships with seniors
- Help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home
- Assist with personal care, companionship & light household support
- Be the difference in someone’s day

Requirements
- Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred, personal caregiving experience a plus!
- Strong observational skills for monitoring patient conditions
- Knowledge of care plan implementation
- Experience working with individuals memory care needs is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Must pass a NATION wide background check
- Have transportation, valid Driver's License and active insurance with your name listed
- Must be 21 years or older
