We are looking for a caregiver in the Port Lavaca area to work with a female client Monday through Friday 8a-6p or 7a-5p. She is needing assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, stand by assistance, and ambulation assistance.
Overview

Duties
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and preparation.
Maintain cleanliness in the client's living environment, including light housekeeping duties.
Support clients with mobility challenges using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary.
Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and social interaction.
Document patient observations and report any concerns to healthcare professionals or family members.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
Requirements
Previous experience in caregiving is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility or transfers.
